Here is another page with various steps that you can download and print out.. On it there are also the rhythm names of the steps.. When you study dance you can learn steps with either or both methods. The rhythm names are the names for each part of your foot, eg. the sole of your foot is called Di, when you lower the heel of same foot it's called Ga, a stamp is called Va and so on.. Sometimes we find it easier to learn the rhythms of the steps by saying them as we practise.
